The curriculum for our Y.E.S. Service Drive Workshop is derived from the Y.E.S. principles that serve as a foundation for all courses. Attendees will learn how to apply a customer-centric mindset to the service drive with techniques that will produce greater service sales, increase CSI, and support customer retention. We work on-location with your entire service team to implement a solid process and bring a higher level of professionalism to all aspects of the service drive.
